Ideal for residential properties, Vortex reduces the need for bulky head boxes while maintaining a discreet appearance. Offering roll zones up to 50% smaller than standard shutters, the Vortex system combines architectural integration with an intelligent security solution.
PROJECT DETAIL While the main function of the security shutters is to secure a property, the Vortex shutters were finished in RAL Classic ‘Pebble Grey’, creating a complementary finish to the contemporary home. Nearly a dozen Vortex shutters were installed with multi-zone control and obstacle detection. The shutters were provided with perforated lath profiles across the top 30% of the shutter to maintain ventilation and solar control.
